| Jim Got Us the Home We Really Wanted |
| Three years ago following the birth of our 3rd child, my wife and I decided that were ready to upgrade to a larger house in West Seattle. What we thought would be pretty easy turned out to be a complete nightmare (I assure you there is no exaggeration involved here). We were paired with an inexperienced Realtor who wanted to be in-and-out of the transaction fast and really wanted us to 'hurry up and pick something'.
At wits end, we requested a new Realtor and got one. We quickly learned the value of a seasoned Realtor when we began working with Jim Biava. Jim was a breath of fresh air! We never felt like he was wasting our time and we never felt like he was even a bit pushy.
After boasting Jim's name to family friends we found that they had also used him to buy their first home 20 years ago. They had fond memories of Jim as well! When mentioning this to Jim he knew right who we were talking about and recollected details of the transaction as if it were yesterday!
Jim Biava helped us get the house several people advised 'could not be bought'. Jim did not give up and helped us get the house we really wanted. For this we are forever grateful to Jim. Jim knows the neighborhoods, the listings, the laws, the regulations, and has a plethora of contacts.
Out of all of this I have learned that ANYONE can sell you a home, but not just anyone knows what they are doing, and can actually make it a pleasurable experience. While I am not currently in the market for a home I would not hesitate to use Jim again in the future. We have already steered another friend, Jasmine Stark, his way. Jim also helped her make buying her home a pleasure.
