Meet Jim Biava

Jim's family moved to West Seattle in December 1966. He was 13. His Mom loved to tell about how when he was in first grade Jim thought the reason he got so many school pictures of himself was to go around the neighborhood and sell them. So he did. Much later, in 1971, he graduated from West Seattle High School. Four years after that, in 1975, he became a licensed real estate agent and loves it.
